The Advance Autorisation is issue under Para 4 of Exim Policy with Actual User condition and this permit is legitimate for beginning time of year and a half for Export and a year for Import.
On fruition of Export Obligation,the authorizing specialists issue the Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) or Redemption Certificate, Which must be submitted to concern port of enrollment Autority for dropping of executed bond.
The Port of Registration authority get ready rundown of such EODC List got during the month from DGFT of Exporters and arbitrarily select 5% of absolute receipt of the EODC for check of their Export records.
